In many cultures 'Grandfather' is an honorific denoting a man with many decades of experience. Throughout all those years Jem has developed three  basic skills: manual dexterity, performance and a creative mind. With those three skills Jem has worked in many media including music, theatre plus graphic and plastic arts in many media.

Jem says, "I am still learning, still developing and still enjoying bringing new work into the world."
